Train The Brain

I want to stop my brain from becoming lazy, but how do I do it? Do I read more, shall I study wikipedia? I've decided to start increasing my dexterity by improving the use of my right brain. At this moment, it simply involves using my left hand more often, more mouse clicking, more left handed cell phone usage.

Thats why i dig u so much single D, always looking to challenge yourself...
i was never the kind of person that reads the newspapers and listens to the news - my excuse - all too depressing, but my friends talk about the lastest news and i sit there and have to pretend i know what they talking about. So round about March i decided to start listening to 702. A friend of mine from the gym loves 702, i used to tell him to put it off and put some good old jams on...i admire him cos he is also Mr Wise, he makes me aware of so much and taught me a lot, so in conclusion i think 702 has made me question topics and i feel like i know more about whats going on around me. For me that challenges my brain - to think out of the box and i can do that now cos i have more information.
Dinno if that makes sense!

Geez i could have blogged this on my own blog...

The best way to avoid brain lethargy i think is to have intellectual challenging conversations more often
